Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Manager of Data Onboarding and Governance to support data product development and BI initiatives for internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on data ingestion, quality checks, and dashboard delivery across PHM client bases.

You will guide cross‑functional teams, mentor colleagues, and ensure timely, high‑quality outputs. A Bachelor’s degree and strong SQL/data visualization skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills.
• 3–5 years in data/analytics consulting or data governance.
• Experience with media data and media channel activation.
• Proficient with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support data onboarding and governance initiatives across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for accurate data delivery.
• Assist QA to ensure data flows into PHM platforms consistently.
• Provide guidance to direct reports, internal teams, and partners.
• Work on PHM client data projects including data integration and dashboards.
• Coordinate with BI/Tech and Data to maintain data model flows and dashboards.
