Job summary

Publicis Health Media in New York is seeking an Associate Director of Data Enablement to drive data governance and scalable BI solutions across PHM’s client and internal teams. You will oversee data collection, quality, and delivery, while guiding cross-functional partners to align on data standards.

You will collaborate with BI/Tech and Data teams to maintain data model flows, dashboards, and reporting, and mentor teams including external partners to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or data analytics.
• Strong technical skills with SQL.
• 5–8 years of data/analytics consulting or data governance experience.
• Understanding of media channel activation and media data.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance initiatives across all of PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data collection and delivery.
• Support quality assurance to ensure data flows into PHM’s platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports, internal teams, and partners.
• Experience with HCP and DTC data, data integration and dashboard projects, taxonomy.
• Coordinate with BI/Tech and Data to maintain data model flows and dashboard reporting availability.
