Job summary

You will work with process owners to understand data, flows, and controls, identify risks, and design effective testing and monitoring solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong programming and data skills in Python, Spark, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in testing or risk analytics.
• Ability to design tests, analyze data, and document results.
• Strong programming and data manipulation skills with Python or similar.
• Familiarity with databases, data sets, and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities such as models, analytical tools, and testing scripts for operational health insights.
• Collaborate with process owners to understand data flows, controls, and risks.
• Produce testing results, reports, and data-driven insights for test inventory.
• Apply end-to-end test development life cycle and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate methodology and results to senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
