Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to own the operational performance of an assigned territory in Indianapolis. You will build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service and drive retention while identifying opportunities for growth.

The role requires 3–7 years in operations or a related field, strong data analysis skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and organization.
• Proficiency with Excel and business systems such as CRM/ERP/PM software.
