Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end processing of tenders and RFPs.
• Deconstruct complex customer requirements for global clarity and alignment.
• Build internal data templates to standardize cross-functional bid proposals.
• Ensure mathematical accuracy and formatting integrity across submissions.
• Develop multimode transport expertise to guide bid decisions.
• Create shipment simulations, cost models, and variance charts in Excel.
• Track historical data and market trends to adapt pricing models.
• Use VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, and data manipulation on input sheets.
• Provide data-backed pricing adjustments to active frameworks.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track metrics and identify pricing trends.
• Present insights on tender performance and win/loss analysis.
