Job summary

The Fortune Global 500 Tech Company located in Plano, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst II to transform sales, order, forecast and inventory data to support demand planning and CPFR. The role requires strong data engineering and modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with order/sales and inventory data in telecom/wireless sectors.

The position is fully onsite for a 6-month term with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time, offering exposure to a globally recognized

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales ops, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in telecom/wireless data, inventory and/or operations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to work independently with sound judgment.
• Builds strong working relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Export and examine system-based and customer-provided data on sales, POs, forecasts and inventory in real time.
• Maintain and update master data for correct mapping, supporting data transformation and cleansing.
• Load weekly production, sales and inventory data.
• Coordinate with internal teams on weekly production confirmation and PO tracking.
• Publish daily and weekly KPI reports that flag exceptions early for action.
• Support CPFR by preparing internal reports for weekly planning meetings.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies; drive process improvements.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests in time-sensitive environments.
