Responsibilities include data analysis from ERP systems, modeling to optimize inventory and lead times, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Strong analytic skills and communication to senior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in management consulting from a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Prior experience in supply chain, operations, or a technical role within industrial/manufacturing/tech is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specs; capable of communicating to diverse audiences, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business and program needs and drive execution to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Analyze ERP and supply chain data; build analytical models to optimize inventory, lead times, and product economics.
• Lead cross-functional projects to redesign core supply chain processes for efficiency and resilience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations; communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain health and project performance.
