Castle Hill Gaming in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Sales Specialist to support performance and growth of assigned gaming routes across Oklahoma. The role combines analytics, casino operations, and sales support to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with Sales, Data Science, and leadership to establish KPIs, develop executive reports, and inform game selections and marketing initiatives. Travel ~40% to casino properties is expected.

Formación

• Experience in data analytics, business analysis, slot machine performance, casino operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office while collaborating with a distributed team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% throughout Oklahoma.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze slot machine performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for maximizing revenue.
• Develop game placement and optimization recommendations based on performance metrics and market trends.
• Provide actionable performance insights and game selection recommendations to support the sales team.
• Monitor assigned gaming routes and evaluate CHG product performance across casino properties.
• Collaborate with Data Science to develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Establish, define, and monitor KPIs with executive leadership.
• Prepare and deliver clear, actionable game performance reports for executives.
• Translate complex data into practical business insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer, property, and opportunity data in CHG's CRM.
