Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
• 2+ years of experience transforming SAP S/4HANA planning data into actionable insights through SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori Reporting, Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, and visualization tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in supply chain processes.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of supply planning processes and inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA reporting solutions for supply planning and inventory management.
• Design, build, and enhance S/4 reporting dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports for planning, operations, and leadership.
• Develop S4 based reporting to support supply planning and execution.
• Create analytics dashboards to support supply planning decision-making.
• Analyze supply planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to align analytics with business objectives.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to optimize supply planning processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Support roadmap for AI initiatives and implementation.
• Identify and mitigate data quality risks that could lead to MRP failures.
• Provide training to stakeholders on analytics practices and tools.
• Monitor and report data quality metrics; implement corrective actions.
