Qualifications

  • High school diploma and two years of work experience as Statistical and Research Analyst I, or bachelor's with math/statistics courses in place of work experience.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical software (SPSS/SAS).
  • Bachelor's degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, or clinical research preferred; a master's degree would be helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Collect/enter data into Endocrine Surgery clinical databases (about 35%).
  • Assist with clinical studies and testing of new intraoperative systems (20%).
  • Support drafting/submission/maintenance of clinical research protocols to PRC/IRB (20%).
  • Update/maintain IRB protocols and research databases (10%).
  • Assist with data analysis for clinical research projects (5%).
  • Assist with drafting/writing/submission of abstracts/manuscripts/grants (5%).
  • Other duties as assigned (5%).
