Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team in Williamsport, where you will manage reliability risks and enhance operational performance in chemical manufacturing. Ideal candidates will possess strong data analysis skills, familiarity with reliability engineering tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position offers an annual salary range of $86,000 – $138,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a 401(k) plan and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in liquid chemical manufacturing is preferable.
• Understanding rotating equipment and critical spare parts analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage reliability risks affecting operations.
• Develop and maintain plant engineering standards.
• Create and optimize Asset Maintenance Plans.
• Investigate and resolve equipment failures using data analysis.
• Support capital projects through risk analysis and oversight.
