Job summary

Windfall is seeking a Product Delivery Expert to own end-to-end data delivery for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across files, models, and integrations.

You’ll work with Customer Solutions Engineers on data readiness, dashboard setup, and delivery investigations, joining calls for onboarding and ongoing workflows, and turning repetitive tasks into documented workflows and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in product operations, data operations, or similar technical role.
• We expect strong data fluency, data mapping, and data quality discipline.
• Structured troubleshooting approach with clear reproduction steps and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery for customers, ensuring timely and accurate data deliveries.
• Monitor delivery queues daily and handle exceptions and automated checks.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions Engineers on data readiness and dashboard setup.
• Join calls for onboarding, data setup, transfers, and ongoing workflows.
• Document patterns, propose automation, and hand off fixes to Product/Engineering.
