Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Process Engineer to support Operations through data collection, analysis and implementation of countermeasures to improve operating capability and sustainability while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead process improvements, collaborate with Commercialization and Project Engineers on capital projects, and help refine data collection methods to drive true process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have GMPs, HACCP, SQF and 5S experience or familiarity.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and process improvement functions.
• TPM/Kaizen or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing processes across areas.
• Drive cost reductions, safety, quality and throughput improvements.
• Collect, interpret data and present findings to management.
• Support capital projects planning and execution with CI team.
