Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
• Communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
• Identify user needs from requests and develop strategies to address those needs.
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and communicate the quality of final analyses.
• Conduct process audit reviews, including claim transfer audits.
• Maintain and edit content using SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Support SharePoint site governance.
