Jobgether partner seeks a Performance Marketing Motion Designer / Video Editor in the United States. The role blends motion design with data-driven creative strategy to deliver performance-focused social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will test variations, analyze metrics, and iterate assets using AI-powered tools in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with marketing and account teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in motion design or related field.
• Strong portfolio with social-first storytelling.
• Experience creating performance ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma and AI-powered tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, edit, and animate assets for social campaigns.
• Translate objectives into engaging concepts for performance.
• Develop modular variations for structured A/B testing.
• Review data to identify patterns and optimize creatives.
• Manage post-production workflows including motion, VFX, typography.
• Adapt creatives across formats, placements, and aspect ratios.
• Research trends and opportunities; collaborate with teams.
• Lead projects from brief to final delivery using data-driven insights.
