Job summary

UCB is seeking a Patient Access Enablement Lead for our U.S.-based Rare Disease team in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role focuses on turning data into actionable insights to improve patient access and therapy initiation.

You will partner across Patient Services, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Sales, and other teams to optimize access, referral-to-start conversion, and operational performance for a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of rare diseases experience in roles such as Case Manager, Rare reimbursement Executive or Business Analytics Lead.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient access and operational data to identify performance opportunities.
• Uncover barriers impacting therapy initiation and referral conversion.
• Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting solutions.
• Generate actionable insights to support business decisions and execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions focused on patient access improvement.
• Recommend scalable processes and operational best practices.
