Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate in a science or engineering field (Food Science, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred).
• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capable of working in both office and plant environments and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing technicians on the production floor to collect data and understand processes.
• Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results.
• Analyze data to recommend improvements and interface with salaried employees and technicians.
• Develop and update program documentation.
