Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations, or a related technical degree with 7+ years of experience.
- 3+ years in manufacturing, production, maintenance, reliability or continuous improvement with cross-functional project leadership.
- Spanish and English proficiency for reports and technical discussions.
Aufgaben
- Lead data analysis to identify trends, losses and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports for OE, downtime, MTBF/MTTR, maintenance and productivity.
- Perform root cause analyses, FMEA, Pareto and criticality analyses to eliminate recurring issues.
