Job summary

Ferraro Law is seeking an Operations Analyst to gather and analyze operations data to support management decisions. The role emphasizes strong mathematical skills and rigorous data analysis.

You will collaborate with the Director of Operations to define data requirements, develop models, validate data, and deliver reports on performance and improvement opportunities. The position requires attention to detail and proficiency with Excel and statistical software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior related experience preferred.
• Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to create and conduct simulation models, data reduction, and trend analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with statistical analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Director of Operations to understand objectives and identify relevant data.
• Sets parameters for data gathering and validates collected data.
• Selects data analysis methods to be used in research and analysis.
• Applies validation and testing models to data.
• Drafts and implements time and cost formulas for large projects.
• Develops mathematical and/or simulation models with variables and constraints.
• Assists with developing and implementing business methods and procedures from data.
• Prepares and distributes reports identifying problems and solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
