• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders across product, science, and engineering to understand questions and design data solutions.
• Build network design recommendations and maintain interactive AI dashboards/visualizations tracking network performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational performance and root causes, recommending data-backed improvements.
• Proactively improve existing reports and dashboards to be faster, more accurate, and easier to use.
• Analyze historical trends to surface insights for planning and forecasting decisions.
