Job summary

KITH is seeking an Associate Merchandise Planner to drive sales, optimize inventory, and maximize profitability across our collections and multibrand vendors. This role is highly analytical and partners with cross-functional teams to hit high-level financial targets and translate data into actionable actions.

You will manage historical data analysis, support the Open to Buy process, and oversee stock flow across regions while recommending markdown strategies to protect margin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in merchandise planning, buying, or retail analytics.
• Strong understanding of retail metrics and financial targets.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros).
• Experience with planning systems, ERP and POS, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Open-to-Buy (OTB) support with monthly updates on sales, inventory, and receipts.
• Analyze historical data and demand trends to identify opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels.
• Identify slow-moving inventory and coordinate markdowns to protect gross margin.
• Support seasonal assortment planning aligned with financial targets.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reports for teams.
