Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or life sciences.
• GPA of 3.5/4 or higher with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in the evolving healthcare industry and ability to learn quickly.
• Good project management, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent business English (written and oral).
• Proficient IT literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); SQL is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality, logical, and timely strategic analysis using big data assets to derive trends and recommendations.
• Take ownership of discrete analyses or workstreams and conduct secondary research on markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitors.
• Participate in internal brainstorming, collaborate with project teams, and apply informed business judgment.
• Develop predictive models to inform contracting strategies, patient cost and affordability programs, and brand performance.
• Translate analyses into conclusions and outputs for reports, presentations, and engagement tools.
• Present deliverables to clients via teleconference and in-person meetings, building client relationships.
• Manage upward by communicating progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Develop deep healthcare industry knowledge and consulting methodologies.
• Assist with recruiting and participate in the interview process.
