Job summary

COCC is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making across banking, financial, operational, risk, and compliance functions. You will transform complex information into meaningful insights, reports, dashboards, and scalable analytical solutions.

The role is hybrid and based out of Camp Hill, PA, offering a salary range of $80,000 to $109,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics or related field.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data governance.
  • 3–5 years in data validation, analytics, BI, or related role.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze banking, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Support data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows using Microsoft data platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and support of a Microsoft based data warehouse and analytics environment.
  • Validate data accuracy and support enterprise data quality initiatives.
  • Document data definitions, business rules, reporting processes, and transformation logic.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and risk reporting requirements with reliable data assets.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable reporting solutions

Our client, a long standing financial institution, is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data driven decision making across banking, financial, operational, risk, and compliance functions. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys transforming complex information into meaningful insights, reports, dashboards, and scalable analytical solutions


What You’ll do...


  • Analyze banking, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.

What You’ll bring...


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent education, technical training, or directly related experience.

  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft based analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, reporting layers, data quality, data governance, and KPI development.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.

  • Three to five years of experience in data validation, data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analyst role.

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, data warehousing, large datasets, KPI reporting, and business stakeholder support.

  • Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure based data services, or modern analytics platforms preferred.


This is a hybrid role based out of Camp Hills, PA. The salary range is $80,000 - $109,000 based on experience.
