Citizens Property Insurance Corporation is seeking a qualified professional to assist in developing and implementing personal and commercial insurance products. You will review data and market feedback, support rate and forms filings, and help communicate changes across teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a mix of education and experience in insurance product development, with opportunities to contribute to training, reporting and strategic initiatives within a Florida-based state insurer.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience, or a combination.
• 3+ years of personal/commercial insurance experience in product development, claims, contract analysis or underwriting.
• Preferred: IIA Certificate in General Insurance, CPCU or related designation.

Responsibilities

• Reviews data, market research, feedback and reports to support product changes and actions.
• Conducts market research and updates databases as appropriate.
• Supports cross‑functional teams to implement product changes and assists in rate, rule and forms filings.
• Communicates product information to internal and external stakeholders and supports trainings.
• May contribute to performance management and goal setting processes.
