Corning Incorporated is seeking a Human Resources Specialist & Data Analytics to promote fair, compliant, and engaged workplaces while turning HR data into actionable insights. You will support policy adherence, investigations, and management reporting for leadership.

The role focuses on HR data integrity, analytics, and advisory support across the employee lifecycle, including new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments. Strong Excel and BI tool proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising on employee relations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or HRIS analytics modules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present to senior leaders.
• High discretion and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data in HRIS; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, exits).
• Develop dashboards and reports monitoring HR indicators and compliance trends.
• Advise supervisors on workplace conflict, performance concerns, and policy adherence.
• Present findings with visuals to inform leadership decisions.
