Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miramar, FL seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to partner with IT finance, procurement and operating teams to forecast, plan, report and analyze capital expenditures and operating spend, delivering insights to improve visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
1–2 years related work experience in a medium to large-sized company.
Experience applying finance and accounting principles.
IT Finance or technology-related experience preferred.
SOX controls experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and approve spend requisitions (capital and operating) and validate capitalization vs expensing.
Prepare monthly forecast for projects and variance explanations.
Consolidate quarterly reports and ensure timely submission to Fixed Assets.
Maintain recurring reports and dashboards for capital project tracking and executive reporting.
Support automation and data source standardization to reduce manual reporting.
