Job summary

Brembo North America seeks a facilities maintenance leader to oversee the technical condition and environmental control of a defined area. You will supervise new equipment installation, define spare parts stocks, and prepare lubrication and preventive maintenance plans with daily inspections and routine work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing facility data to detect deviations and impact on uptime.
• Ability to perform root causes analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement programs (Kaizen) in manufacturing or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own technical condition and environment of the assigned area and supervise equipment installations.
• Prepare and implement lubrication and preventive maintenance plans; schedule inspections.
• Coordinate spare parts stocks, maintenance budgets, and supplier interactions to improve costs and parts availability.
• Lead root cause analyses and Kaizen events; guide technicians and operators on best practices.
