Job summary

This role collaborates with HR partners, supports annual processes, and contributes to policy development. It requires strong Excel and data storytelling, with experience in UKG and knowledge of FLSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of compensation work experience required.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate Word.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably UKG.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Participate in salary and variable pay programs, merit reviews, incentives, and market-based adjustments.
• Assist with compensation projects; may lead a workstream.
• Evaluate and price jobs using market data; advise on pricing and equity.
• Audit variable and incentive pay programs and communicate outcomes.
• Own salary survey completion; analyze data and share insights.
• Ensure compensation data accuracy in vendor software and address gaps.
• Edit and maintain job descriptions with proper approvals.
• Understand compliance policies and escalate concerns to leaders.
