Qualifications

• 1–3 years of business analytics or data experience in a professional role.
• Proficient in at least one of SQL, R, or Python for data analytics and prior experience with Git or dbt (plus).
• Experience with corporate metric reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and building automations using Zapier, Workato, or other tools.
• Excellent project management and process execution skills. Ability to handle complex cross-functional initiatives, set goals, optimize workflows, and think through frameworks.
• Experience with dimensional data modeling and business process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven decision-making efforts. Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of key business metrics, ensuring accurate data flows and actionable insights across all departments.
• Streamline operations through data optimization. Identify areas for process improvements, leveraging automation and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency. Create and maintain dashboards, automate reporting, and support teams in driving data-informed decisions.
• Build and maintain analytical models. Design and maintain systems to support business forecasting, trend analysis, and risk assessment. Work with leadership to ensure these models inform key strategic initiatives.
• Research and deploy cutting-edge analytics tools. Evaluate and implement new software or platforms that enhance data analytics capabilities. Manage the integration and deployment of these tools to keep the company at the forefront of data technology.
