Job summary

Insight Global, located in New York, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to partner with clinical pharmacy and corporate teams. Define, track, and report performance; develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports across clinical, operational, and financial areas.

Prepare data from multiple sources for reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision‑making. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI dashboards required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (BA, IT, Economics, etc.)
• MySQL and Excel proficiency - writing queries + building dashboards
• Need to understand how to query from SQL navigate data architecture warehouse, background with Power BI products
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Certification in quality improvement, business analytics, business intelligence, or data science (nice to have)
• Background in consulting (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to leadership
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (clinical, operational, financial)
• Manage and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
• Support system-wide quality improvement and strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance analytic products
