AAA Central Penn seeks a Business Analyst to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights for leadership in Harrisburg, PA. You’ll partner with Finance and business leaders to build models, dashboards, and reports that drive strategy and performance.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, variance explanations, and clear communication of findings. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses, turning questions into measurable metrics and visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex analyses to non-financial audiences.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and leaders to transform data into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance explanations for stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and cost/ROI assessments as needed.
• Create executive summaries and data-backed narratives.
