Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and create clear and comprehensive documentation to outline processes and workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design business solutions that align with company objectives and meet stakeholder needs.
• Utilize data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and interpret business data. Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to support decision‑making processes.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery of business solutions. Assist in project management activities, including risk identification, change management, and project timelines.
• Support the testing phase of business systems and software applications by creating test cases, conducting testing, and ensuring the solution meets business requirements.
• Continuously evaluate business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvements, automation, and efficiencies.
