Responsibilities

• Manage a team of dealers responsible for scheduling primary care physicians and staff for Walmart fitness clinics.
• Collaborate with operations, merchandising, and workforce stakeholders to identify enterprise developments and develop partnership plans.
• Execute customer-service mitigation plans, evaluate service metrics, and implement improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional projects with input on budgets, resources, milestones, and solutions.
• Lead customer-support operations, apply best practices, adjust policies, compare results, and report to leadership.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on statistics and best practices to staff and align efforts with business needs.
• Model Walmart values, integrity and servant leadership, and contribute to virtual transformation initiatives.
