Job summary

Life.Church seeks a Data Domain Manager to bridge data capabilities with domain outcomes and improve mobile app experiences. You will own the data strategy for the domain, align data initiatives with product priorities, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted data solutions that support informed decisions.

This role supports ministry goals, collaborates with product managers and engineers, and requires strong data governance, lifecycle expertise, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Strong product thinking to translate objectives into data requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to executives.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end data lifecycle from collection to activation.
• Experience applying governance and data quality standards.
• Ability to communicate data insights in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Translate domain roadmaps into data requirements and milestones.
• Represent data perspective in product planning and lifecycle.
• Maintain a domain data roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure data capabilities meet domain needs.
• Prioritize data work and maintain domain metrics and data quality.
• Ensure data instrumentation, documentation, and accessibility.
