Ralco is seeking a data scientist/engineer to build and maintain the data infrastructure powering its Innovation pipeline. You will design pipelines, enforce data quality, and enter, structure, and validate data from lab, barn, and field sources, including a LIMS-style direct-entry system.

You will partner with R&D and IT to develop models and tools that surface insights while safeguarding proprietary data.

Formación

• Education in data science, data engineering, bioinformatics, CS or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related field.
• Design of data pipelines, SQL, and hands-on ML experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and improve pipelines linking lab, in‑vitro, and field data into a shared database.
• Develop a LIMS‑style direct-entry system ensuring correct entry and tagging.
• Design and maintain database schema and tagging for queryability.
• Collaborate with IT to implement permissioned data access controls and testing.
• Enter and validate new compound/trial data with complete profiles.
