Skills

• 5-7 years of experience
• Experience designing decision support tools and insight-driven workflows.
• Strong data storytelling skills - surfacing the 'so what' behind metrics.
• Ability to model uncertainty, confidence, and missing data
• Familiarity with investigative UX - drill downs, comparisons, anomaly exploration
