Kessler Foundation's Raynor Cerebellum Project is hiring a Research Data Support Specialist (Data Concierge) to manage the data pipeline for one or more funded teams. You will shepherd data acquisition, metadata monitoring, and deposition of harmonized data into the central repository.

The role requires independence, experience with time-series data, Python or R, data modeling, and a neuroscience background. Growth opportunities exist within a collaborative neuroscience environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience applying data science to time series data.
• 2+ years of experience using Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Experience building data models and applying advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of neuroscience or related work experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee data collection and metadata documentation for multiple teams.
• Develop or customize pipelines to harmonize data using BIDS for iEEG.
• Perform quality control on data during collection and transmission.
• Label experimental datasets to identify patient behaviors during neural recordings.
• Provide feedback on equipment and software functioning at sites.
• Collaborate with data science peers and RCP team members.
• Help align data science processes with RCP strategies and documentation.
