Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) seeks a Data & Compliance Analyst to transform operational and financial data into actionable insights, supporting manufacturer contract compliance and revenue optimization across Atlantic Health Partners vaccine programs.

You'll work across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and partners to develop reports, identify trends, improve data quality, and guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
  • 3+ years in business analytics, healthcare operations, or related analytical role.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and BI solutions.
  • Advanced Excel and BI tools experience (Power BI/Tableau/SQL).
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports for operations, finance, compliance, and membership.
  • Analyze purchasing, enrollment, sales, and utilization data to identify trends and risks.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support planning and decision making.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Monitor contract compliance and identify accounts needing corrective action.
  • Support onboarding, enrollment accuracy, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Process sales data, reconcile discrepancies, and support rebate reporting.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and related systems.

Who we’re looking for:

The Data & Compliance Analyst is responsible for transforming operational and financial data into actionable business insights while supporting manufacturer contract compliance, member retention, and revenue optimization across Atlantic Health Partners' vaccine purchasing programs.

This position combines business intelligence, data analytics, compliance monitoring, operational reporting, and process improvement to help ensure members are enrolled in the appropriate manufacturer programs, contractual requirements are met, and leadership has the information needed to make informed business decisions.
Working collaboratively across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Digital Solutions, Legal, Sales, and manufacturer partners, this role develops reporting, identifies trends and risks, improves data quality, and recommends opportunities to strengthen operational performance and member value.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that provide visibility into operational, financial, compliance, and membership performance.
  • Analyze purchasing, enrollment, sales, and utilization data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations for leadership.
Compliance Management
  • Monitor manufacturer contract compliance and identify accounts requiring corrective action.
  • Evaluate purchasing patterns to ensure alignment with applicable manufacturer agreements and program requirements.
  • Investigate compliance exceptions and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting.
Revenue Optimization & Member Retention
  • Identify opportunities to improve member participation, retention, and program utilization.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure accurate member enrollment and account setup.
  • Analyze account activity to identify opportunities for contract alignment and revenue optimization.
  • Measure the effectiveness of compliance and retention initiatives using established performance metrics.
Operational Reporting & Financial Support
  • Process manufacturer sales data and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support rebate administration, commission reporting, and recurring financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
  • Assist with reporting required for manufacturer business reviews and internal leadership meetings.
Salesforce & Data Governance
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of account and purchasing data within Salesforce and related business systems.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Support data validation, cleansing, and governance initiatives to improve reporting accuracy.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and technology.
  • Support implementation of reporting enhancements, workflow improvements, and AI-enabled business processes where appropriate.
  • Document standard operating procedures and recommend best practices for data management and reporting.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Digital Solutions, and Sales to support strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with manufacturer representatives to support reporting, compliance, and program performance.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and analyses to support business reviews and strategic planning.

What You’ll Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
  • Three or more years of experience in business analytics, healthcare operations, reporting, compliance, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, group purchasing, managed care, or life sciences.
  • Experience supporting manufacturer contracts or compliance programs.
  • Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience.
  • Experience with automation tools, AI-enabled reporting, or workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, rebate administration, or commission reporting.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary range for which this role has been evaluated. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors which include, but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits which includes medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid company holidays and paid time off.
