Barts Electric Co is seeking a Data Communications Structured Cabling Manager for their construction team in the Kansas City, MO area. The candidate will manage voice and data structured cabling projects ensuring execution on time and within budget while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities include building a low voltage department, supervising technicians, and managing project milestones. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with BICSI standards. Competitive pay and a generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in the Structured Cable Industry as a foreman or lead tech.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Major Manufacturer’s Systems like CommScope, Corning.
• Experience managing voice and data structured cabling projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a low voltage department through hiring and training.
• Ensure quality control performance adhering to BICSI standards.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems.
