• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling installations, project coordination, and team leadership.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage structured cabling projects from initial planning through final closeout.

Coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and resources.

Oversee field technicians, installation crews, and subcontractors.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and labor estimates.

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

Communicate regularly with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in structured cabling and low-voltage project management.

Demonstrated experience managing commercial structured cabling projects.

Strong knowledge of copper cabling, fiber optics, cable pathways, and infrastructure.

Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.

Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

BICSI certification (RCDD, RTPM, or equivalent).

BICSI Installer or Technician certification.

Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.

Knowledge of industry standards including ANSI/TIA and BICSI.

Experience working with general contractors and construction management teams.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
