Overview

Data collector / Driver role at TSMG Holding

Company: Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project objective

The project aims to collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas using vehicles equipped with 360 cameras. Images are stored on onboard computers and later used to enhance one of the most popular online maps in the world. Data collectors will follow routes around public streets and areas, focusing on commercial districts and historical sites. Some visits may occur multiple times due to weather to capture best imaging. The project is expected to last at least 3 months and will cover different city/state zones. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the area, traffic trends, and is highly responsible and reliable. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week. You may work more than 8 hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned routes to capture high-quality street images using 360-degree cameras mounted on a vehicle.
• Ensure accurate data collection and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety, traffic laws, and project guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with project team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver License (driving experience, 1–2 years minimum).
• Must have parking for a vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass the background check.
• Enjoys driving with a flexible schedule.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months.
• Responsible & Reliable; good driving skills.
• Great communication skills; general car knowledge.
• Tech-savvy (smartphone and basic apps) and basic computer skills.
