Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data collection, data entry, research operations, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort learning proprietary data platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Validate and Verify Accuracy: Review collected data for completeness, consistency, and correctness; flag anomalies and resolve discrepancies before downstream use.
• Maintain Documentation Standards: Log collection activities, update tracking tools, and keep audit-ready records of data provenance and processing steps.
• Support Reporting Pipelines: Prepare datasets for analysis and client reporting; create summaries and basic visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with security operations, intelligence analysts, and client services to meet data requirements and deadlines.

The Opportunity

Reliable Security Staffing is seeking a meticulous Data Collection Specialist to support our security operations and intelligence workflows. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and actionable quality of the data that drives our security decision-making and client reporting. You will be the frontline of data integrity. Collecting, validating, and transforming raw information into the precise intelligence our teams and clients rely on.

What You’ll Own

• Execute Data Collection Protocols: Conduct structured data gathering from security systems, monitoring platforms, and incident reports, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
