Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring immediately in Marion, Indiana for a part-time field position. You’ll receive comprehensive training, a guaranteed minimum with upside based on productivity, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules that support work-life balance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in cool grocery aisles.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the required detail.

• Willingness to work in cold grocery store environments for some projects.
