Job summary

Introl is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support workforce operations across multiple data center projects in Downtown Chicago. You will coordinate staffing, onboarding, and project readiness while collaborating with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in staffing/coordination, excellent communication, and comfort with IT environments. It’s a full‑time on‑site position with comprehensive benefits and a base salary after a 90‑day period.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of staffing/coordinator experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with spreadsheets and workforce management systems
• Familiarity with data center IT environments preferred
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Staff project staffing and coordinate scheduling
• Onboarding and compliance tracking
• Maintain contractor records in internal systems
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT
• Support technicians with onboarding and project questions
