A Lot About You

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in La Vista, NE, to join our world-class team. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse roles, familiarity with supply chain practices, and a willingness to be active and adaptable to daily needs. You should enjoy being busy and working collaboratively with diverse teams.

Your Day

1. Coordinate, receive, and document deliveries, including small packages and large shipments requiring heavy equipment.
2. Pack and ship equipment as needed.
3. Use various systems for receipts, shipments, and inventory management.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and staging area.
5. Inspect receipts and coordinate follow-up actions for damages.
6. Order and stock office and breakroom supplies.

You Must Have

1. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to excel.
2. At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse roles.
3. Ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
4. Experience with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, and packaging tools.
5. Familiarity with Google Tools (Gmail, Docs, Forms).
6. Basic Excel skills, including formulas.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is $76,500 to $159,375 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses or commissions, and our benefits package features healthcare, a 401(k), education stipends, backup childcare, and more.
