The data center team in La Vista, NE, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our world-class team. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, familiar with supply chain and logistical best practices. Most importantly, you must be willing to do whatever it takes to make our team successful each day, enjoy being active and busy, and work well with people across various roles.

Your Day

• Coordinate, receive, and document deliveries, including UPS, FedEx, and multi-truck shipments requiring heavy equipment.
• Pack and ship equipment as needed.
• Utilize various systems for receipts, shipments, and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean loading dock and staging area.
• Assess the condition of receipts and coordinate follow-up actions for damages.
• Order and stock office and breakroom supplies.

You Must Have

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to excel in your role.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse roles.
• The ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, and packaging tools.
• Familiarity with Google tools (Gmail, Docs, Forms).
• Basic Excel skills, including formulas.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $76,500 to $159,375 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. Compensation may include discretionary bonuses or commissions, along with comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), backup childcare, education stipends, and more.
