Responsibilities:

• Safely move parts into, out of, and around client Data Centers using technology and equipment.
• Work as part of a team of logistics specialists, collaborating and working independently as needed.
• Maintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactions.
• Ensure timely shipments and receipts.
• Transport inventory using hand tools, material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks), and box trucks (no commercial driver's license required), following all safety protocols.
• Complete additional duties as assigned, prioritizing quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Contribute to overall Service Delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of operations and material handling experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Proactive and capable of managing changing priorities.
• Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and good communication skills.
• Customer service skills and willingness to learn new skills.
• Inventory control skills and proficiency with computers, iPads, and iPhones.
• Experience with forklifts or electric pallet jacks.

Physical Demands:

• May require up to 25% travel.
• Extended periods on your feet and walking throughout the warehouse or data center.
