The data center team is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our world-class team. The best candidates will have experience working in a similar role, familiar with supply chain and logistical best practices. Most importantly, you must be willing to do whatever it takes to make our team successful each day. You should enjoy being busy, active, and working with people across various roles.

Your Day

1. Coordinate, receive, and document deliveries ranging from UPS and FedEx packages to multi-truck shipments requiring heavy equipment for offloading.
2. Pack and ship equipment as necessary.
3. Utilize various systems for receipts, shipments, and inventory management.
4. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean loading dock and staging area.
5. Evaluate the condition of receipts and coordinate follow-up actions if there is damage.
6. Order and stock office and breakroom supplies.

You Must Have

1. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to excel in your role.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a shipping and receiving department or warehouse.
3. The ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
4. Experience with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, and packaging tools.
5. Familiarity with Google Tools (Gmail, Docs, Forms).
6. Basic knowledge of Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
7. Strong problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $76,500.00 to $159,375.00 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. The package may include bonuses or commissions, along with benefits such as healthcare, a 401(k), childcare support, education stipends, and more.
