Job summary

Service Global is launching a Technical Program Manager Trainee – Data Center Infrastructure program for recent graduates and students nearing degree completion. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and driving infrastructure deployments across sites, with mentored learning objectives and structured onboarding.

Trainees will support project documentation, trackers, and reporting, then advance to coordinating workstreams across field leads, vendors, and documentation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in final term in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort learning ticketing, dashboard, reporting, and documentation tools.
• Eligible to work in the United States through F-1 OPT or STEM OPT.
• Field of study must align with responsibilities and objectives of the role.
• Ability to travel nationally and work at assigned project sites.
• Ability to work full-time for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Technical Program Managers with trackers, task updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation, including cable schedules, labeling records, and turnover checklists.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting templates, and ticket updates ensuring data accuracy.
• Support QA/QC tracking for labeling accuracy, test readiness, and turnover status.
• Coordinate across field leads, material teams, vendors, and documentation teams.
• Support schedule, SLA tracking, progress reporting, and customer-facing status updates.
• Propose process improvements for reporting, handoff, and workflow efficiency.
• Participate in supervised data center walkthroughs to learn infrastructure standards and safety.
• Assist in closeout of assigned activities and work packages under mentor.
