Equinix is offering a DoW SkillBridge program within its Emerging Talent, Military Program to help transitioning service members gain hands-on experience in data center operations across IBX facilities. Trainees will support installations, infrastructure maintenance, and service delivery, with a focus on customer-facing activities and cross-functional collaboration.

This opportunity is exclusively for Military Spouse Fellows or Active-duty U.S.

Qualifications

• Active-duty military member or Military Spouse approved for SkillBridge or MSCAP participation.
• Technical or Non-Technical MOS, NEC, or AFSC.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related technical or data center experience.
• Strong documentation and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize work orders and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve tickets.
• Perform rack-and-stack installations and infrastructure support.
• Execute crossconnect installs and perform testing.
• Support testing and troubleshooting across L1-L3 with escalation.
• Provide on-site customer access support and project coordination.
• Complete training and support junior team members.
